They are actively seeking a seasoned and driven General Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial drywall and framing, with proven leadership experience overseeing multiple projects and field teams.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites
• Manage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field personnel
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality control standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues proactively
• Monitor labor productivity and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline
• Enforce company standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the field

• 7+ years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and finishes, with at least 3 years in a senior or general superintendent role
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, drawings, and safety standards
• Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed
• Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
