Asphalt Roller Operator (Dallas, TX) – Austin Bridge & Road

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking experienced Asphalt Roller Operators for our North Texas asphalt projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist paving crew with site preparation and other activities as needed
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies and procedures
• Participate as a vital team member, contributing to Austin's success
• Work hours adjusted to meet project needs – days, nights, and weekends
• Work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of experience operating asphalt equipment
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Diligence in demonstrating safe work practices
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship will be provided
