About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Data Capture Technician to operate reality capture equipment, such as 360‑degree cameras and other surveying tools, in a variety of environments. The technician will be responsible for capturing comprehensive data of construction sites using different equipment and methodologies that align with algorithmic analysis. This is a part‑time role, requiring one day of work per week.

What You’ll Do

• Operate 360° cameras and other surveying equipment to efficiently capture the construction site
• Document and communicate the progress of the work being done on‑site
• Ensure personal safety and the safety of the site and equipment by strictly following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with the Project Team to adapt to the needs and requirements of each project
• Work on large‑scale construction sites in Texas as part of the role

Requirements

• Availability for one full weekday (8 to 10 hours) each week
• Comfort working on active construction sites and in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic — dependable, motivated, and committed to high‑quality execution
• Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Solid communication skills and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety awareness, including the ability to identify and follow both general and site/client‑specific protocols
• A positive attitude and willingness to solve problems independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in Construction, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar fields
• Previous fieldwork or site‑based work experience
• Technical orientation or familiarity with equipment (Professional training will be provided to work on construction sites)
