• Full Project Field Responsibility for projects exceeding $25 MM
• Lead and manage subcontractors and employees
• Oversee all phases from initial planning to completion for K12, education, office, MOB and more

• At least 5 years of construction management experience on small and large projects of many types
• Experience with healthcare, education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional facilities, institutional, multi‑family, retail, and other substantial construction projects
• Strong technical, communication skills and attention to detail
