The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Texas Building Division in Dallas, TX. • Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high‑rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.
• Selection of field site personnel
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects
• On‑site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel
• Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
• Project close‑out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition
• Working with the owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents
• Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high‑risk activities.

• High school diploma
• 10+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills are preferred
• Specific roles may require relocation
