This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-profile projects and maintaining long-term tenure with reputable general contractors.

The immediate pipeline includes an upcoming joint venture convention center project exceeding $200M, and candidates with prior experience on large convention centers, stadiums, airports, or similarly complex public-facing projects are strongly preferred.
