Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support K-12 construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a field leader with a strong background in delivering ground‑up and renovation education projects, a history of long‑term tenure, and a commitment to quality, safety, and schedule execution.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 construction projects
- Experience managing ground‑up and renovation school projects
- Demonstrated strong tenure and career stability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, field staff, inspectors, and district stakeholders
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and schedule management
- Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on K-12 construction projects across DFW
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel
- Maintain and drive project schedules, including short‑interval planning
- Ensure compliance with district standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability and field accuracy
- Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for owners, inspectors, and project teams
