Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support K-12 construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a field leader with a strong background in delivering ground‑up and renovation education projects, a history of long‑term tenure, and a commitment to quality, safety, and schedule execution.

Our client is well‑established in the Texas market and is known for successfully delivering complex education projects while fostering a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 construction projects
  • Experience managing ground‑up and renovation school projects
  • Demonstrated strong tenure and career stability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, field staff, inspectors, and district stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and schedule management
  • Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations on K-12 construction projects across DFW
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel
  • Maintain and drive project schedules, including short‑interval planning
  • Ensure compliance with district standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability and field accuracy
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for owners, inspectors, and project teams
