• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages
• Gain confidence with customers
• Develop/write an estimate to include all construction services required to restore the structure and ensure customer and client satisfaction (includes ITEL, material reports, engineering reports)
• Document all communications and follow‑up communications with customers and clients at least twice weekly
• Communicate with adjusters and clients when needed for project approvals and authorizations
• Ensure estimate complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos
• Assist Project Construction Manager when needed for scope or explanation of scope
• Follow the claim from inspection to close for documentation and all communications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous construction experience (Preferred)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)
• Proactive follow‑up and communication skills

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders for inspections and photos
• Exposure to noise levels at job sites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
