Traveling Superintendent – Luxury Retail Construction (Statewide Projects)

An award-winning general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a growing portfolio of luxury retail construction projects across the US. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on high-end retail projects, ensuring schedules, safety, quality, and client expectations are consistently met. Projects are located statewide, with structured travel support in place.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and inspections
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to luxury retail standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and inspectors
• Maintain site documentation, reporting, and quality control processes
• Lead by example with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within luxury retail construction
• Proven background delivering high‑end retail fit‑outs, remodels, or ground‑up projects
• Strong understanding of fast‑track retail schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel statewide across the US
