Traveling Electrical Construction Project Foreman

Bryan Electric, Inc is seeking experienced Construction Electrical Project Foremen to join our team for Commercial Retail Projects across the United States. We are a national electrical contractor licensed in 31 states, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and integrity.

Position Overview

We're looking for driven professionals with hands-on experience managing electrical construction projects—both large and small. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively with other trades, general contractors, and subcontractors. This position requires regular travel.

Job Details

We have a ground up project in Ruston, LA and looking for an experienced Foreman. Housing and per diem provided while traveling.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a crew of 5-10 team members
  • Oversee all phases of retail and commercial construction projects (new builds and remodels)
  • Assist the Superintendent to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Coordinate project details with utility providers and other stakeholders
  • Perform layout and coordination of underground, overhead, and wall rough installations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
  • Operate equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, scissor lifts, and forklifts
  • Be available for occasional night or weekend work, as required
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing retail new construction or remodel projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
