About the Role

We are working with a well-established custom home builder seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end, custom residential homes.

The Superintendent will work closely with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure each custom home is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule.

• Coordinate and direct all on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, details, and specifications
• Ensure shop drawings and submittals comply with job conditions and contract documents
• Work directly with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to verify elevations, details, constructability, and cost control measures
• Manage daily scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of subcontractors and inspections
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company job site safety standards
• Conduct quality control inspections at each phase of construction
• Serve as the on-site representative with homeowners, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
• Maintain accurate job site documentation and reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Construction Technology preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Superintendent, preferably in custom or high-end residential construction
• Strong client-focused mindset with a reputation for exceptional quality and craftsmanship
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Professional appearance and manner, comfortable interacting with discerning clients
