As the Senior Estimator, you’ll manage all aspects of the estimating process, from takeoffs to pricing to submittals, while building strong relationships across the construction community.

Location:

Dallas, TX 75238 (100% on-site)

• Compensation: $80-$115K base DOE + quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses.

• Play a key role in commercial projects: analyzing architectural drawings, preparing accurate bids, and collaborating with general contractors to win and deliver projects successfully.
• Preparing detailed estimates for commercial and large-scale window treatment projects from start to submittal.
• Reviewing architectural drawings and specs.
• Identifying and pricing product alternatives.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate handoffs and timelines.
• Building and maintaining relationships with general contractors.

• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience (Division 10, wall protection, or window treatments preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Expert in Excel, including complex formulas.
• Proven ability to build relationships with general contractors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator.
• Positive, team-minded, client-oriented attitude.
