We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $20 million. This individual will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout,ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction, estimating,scheduling, cost control, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple heavy civil construction projects ranging from $500K to $20MOversee project performance, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources

Review plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents

Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and cost reports

Coordinate with owners, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitor project profitability and implement corrective actions as needed

Review and approve change orders, pay applications, and purchase orders

Track project costs and production against budget objectives

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company safety standards and project specifications

Assist with project estimating, bid reviews, and preconstruction planning

Support field teams in resolving technical and operational challenges

Manage project closeout documentation and final deliverables

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of project management experience within heavy civil construction

Proven experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $20 million

Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, site development, paving, concrete, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
