Location:
Dallas, TXJob Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and/or residential construction projects, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs.
Prepare complete bid proposals and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers and field personnel during preconstruction.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
Maintain accurate estimating records and historical cost data.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator (commercial, residential, or industrial).Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Procore, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conceptual budgeting and value engineering.
Knowledge of local Dallas/Fort Worth construction market pricing.
Experience managing multiple estimates simultaneously.
