Your role

• Own daily field operations across multiple commercial roofing projects
• Lead and support foremen, crews and subcontractors on every site
• Plan labor, materials and equipment, reviewing scope, drawings and specifications before and during work
• Drive safety standards and OSHA compliance across all job sites
• Control schedules, costs and quality to keep every project on track
• Represent the business on site with project managers, customers and vendors
• Close jobs out properly, from punch lists through to warranty follow up

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or in a senior field leadership role
• Strong commercial roofing knowledge, including single-ply and built-up systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at the same time
