CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consulting firm seeking an experienced Field Safety Manager to support our safety professionals and clients throughout Texas.
The Field Safety Manager will travel to active construction job sites across Texas to meet with and support CORE Safety Advisors, strengthen client relationships, and ensure our safety professionals have the resources and guidance needed to be successful. This position requires a strong understanding of construction safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, contractors, and safety professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Travel regularly to construction job sites throughout Texas to meet with and support CORE Safety Advisors.
- Serve as a field resource and point of contact for CORE Safety Advisors, helping address safety-related challenges and providing professional guidance.
- Conduct job-site visits to evaluate safety practices, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, project leadership, and other safety professionals.
- Communicate regularly with clients and CORE leadership regarding project safety performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help ensure CORE Safety Advisors are delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety programs, processes, and client relationships.
- Represent CORE Safety Group professionally at client meetings, project sites, and industry events.
- Maintain strong communication between field personnel, clients, and CORE Safety Group leadership.
- 5+ years of safety experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and active job-site operations.
- Extensive experience working directly on construction job sites.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients, project managers, superintendents, contractors, and safety professionals.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify safety concerns and provide practical, solutions-oriented recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Texas.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with CORE leadership and field teams.
- Professional, approachable, and confident personality with the ability to connect with people at all levels of an organization.

- This individual should be comfortable walking onto an active construction site, speaking with project leadership and safety professionals, identifying areas for improvement, and representing CORE Safety Group with confidence and professionalism.
