We're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Engineer who wants to build more than projects, they want to build a career.

This position is ideal for recent graduates seeking hands‑on experience with a growing commercial general contractor. Working directly alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, you'll gain exposure to every phase of the construction process while developing the skills needed to grow into future project management and leadership roles.

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Track project schedules and help ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Assist with procurement, budgeting, and cost management.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting documentation.
• Support quality control and safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project records and closeout documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of construction experience, including internships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
