What you'll be doing:- Manage and oversee inpatient healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project align with design and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and stay within budget
- Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare-related construction regulations, codes, and quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to drive performance and ensure a collaborative work environment
- Handle contract negotiations and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Must have experience in at least one inpatient healthcare project and demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare construction requirements
- Must come from a General Contractor (GC) background, with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting
