3i Construction Management is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily field operations on structural steel projects. You will help plan schedules, coordinate crane access, and oversee erection sequencing while ensuring safety and quality on site.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of commercial construction experience with structural steel coordination, strong reading of drawings, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
