Leading the development and management of project plans and schedules

Creating and managing budgets, monitoring costs, and mitigating financial risks

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and overseeing internal project teams

Ensuring quality standards, managing project risks, and maintaining safety compliance

Coordinating procurement activities and maintaining accurate project documentation

7-8 years of experience as a Senior or Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

Experience managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $30M and above

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to interpret and work from construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings
