Location: Traveling Role | Projects Across the US
The RoleMetric DCX is supporting a leading ENR-ranked, employee-owned national GC expanding its data center portfolio and hiring APMs for major US projects.
An opportunity to join an established national GC, gain experience delivering large-scale data center projects, and build a long-term career with clear progression opportunities.
Responsibilities- Support project delivery, working with PMs and field teams.
- Track schedules, costs, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
- Monitor progress, report issues, and support project cost control.
- 3-8+ years of construction experience, including data center/mission-critical projects.
- Experience with a large GC delivering complex projects.
- Working knowledge of MEP and general construction.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and tracking project schedules and costs.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
