Hotel Renovation Superintendent
$125K–$145K DOE + Per Diem
Benefits + Paid Travel Expenses

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent who knows hotel renovations, particularly occupied properties where schedules, quality, and guest experience all matter.
This is a long-term opportunity with an established hospitality renovation GC handling major hotel projects across the country.
The good part about travel? You're assigned to one project at a time, staying focused on that location through completion rather than bouncing between multiple job sites. The next assignment is discussed as each project wraps up.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of Superintendent-level construction experience
- Strong GC-side hotel or hospitality renovation background
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality on occupied properties
- Familiarity with Procore and construction documentation
- Willingness to work on project assignments nationwide
- Experience with major hotel brands (Omni, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) is a plus
