- Review estimates, identify cost risks, and ensure budget accuracy.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in construction estimating, engineering, or hands-on construction.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong construction fundamentals.
- Experience with luxury, remote, or island builds is strongly preferred.
- Fully remote, full-time partnership for Latin America-based candidates.
- Work directly with the owner on prestigious luxury residential projects.
- Manage estimating activities independently with no site visits required.
