CUMULUS MEDIA | Dallas is looking for passionate, highly motivated part‑time News Anchor/Reporter to join our WBAP/KLIF team. Our ideal candidate should possess an extremely good work ethic, be a self‑starter, and highly organized with the ability to work in a fast‑paced office environment.

This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role.

• Write and voice news stories including outside of the newsroom
• Write news stories for the station websites
• Post new stories on social media
• Handle emergency news/weather on air; on call for weather disasters/breaking news
• Perform various news duties as needed, with the potential of working overnight or early morning hours, and some anchoring as necessary

• Previous experience in radio news or website journalism
• Familiarity with digital audio editing software required
• Experience with long‑form, breaking, non‑scripted, weather coverage is vital
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Great team player
