Content Creator, Content Writer ​/ Copywriter

As the Content Creator at Harwood Hospitality Group, you will be the voice and visual storyteller of our brand. You'll be responsible for ideating, producing, and managing high-quality content that reflects our luxury ethos, captures the spirit of our hotel, restaurants and district and resonates across digital and social platforms. This role is key in bringing the brand to life online, elevating our identity, and engaging with a global, design-conscious audience.

• Create compelling visual and written content for social media, web, email, digital campaigns, and in-property experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Plan and manage the content calendar in alignment with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
• Capture original photo and video content on-property (rooms, amenities, events, staff features, behind-the-scenes).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, PR partners, and creative agencies to execute storytelling strategies.
• Edit short-form video for Reels, Tik Tok, and other digital platforms, aligning with current trends and luxury branding.
• Assist in curating and writing posts, newsletters, and editorial content that reflect the Harwood District lifestyle.
• Monitor performance metrics across channels to optimize engagement and reach.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and industry innovations, proposing fresh ideas to keep the brand culturally relevant.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or fashion.
• Strong photography, video, and editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, etc).
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone and detail.
• An instinct for storytelling, curation, and aesthetics.
• Experience managing content calendars and collaborating in fast-paced creative environments.
• Ability to work on-site to capture content at the hotel, restaurants and events.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, design, and luxury.
