Social Media Manager; Part-Time

ReView Lounge is one of Dallas’ most vibrant nightlife destinations — home to weekly themed events, DJs, drag shows, and community gatherings. We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and turn followers into guests. You’ll manage our digital voice, promote events, and create engaging content that captures the energy and personality of ReView Lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
• Design flyers, graphics, and short-form videos (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Write creative captions and hashtags that fit ReView Lounge’s voice and event themes.
• Capture on-site content during events (behind-the-scenes, stories, reels, highlights).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and collaborate with local influencers.
• Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide monthly reports.
• Manage small ad budgets for boosted posts and targeted promotions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media management experience (hospitality or nightlife preferred).
• Strong visual eye and understanding of Dallas nightlife and LGBTQ+ community culture.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
• Familiar with Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and basic ad campaign setup.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; organized and self-motivated.

Compensation

• Compensation, negotiable based on experience.
• Performance bonuses for follower growth or engagement milestones may be available.
• Remote and flexible hours, with occasional on-site event days.
