Graphic Designer, Brand & Creative Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing, Sales, and Social Media departments to design and develop brand hero content (video and static)
• Project manage workflows on multiple brands throughout Brain Juice, Brain Java, and Brain Water team creative asset needs
• Daily production of sales assets, sales presentations, sales decks, and other sales materials used by the Sales Team
• Amazon creative assets (weekly updates for Amazon packaging, etc), including brand story, sales assets, and other needs (US & EX-US)
• Create engaging visuals for campaigns and advertisements
• Create social media content, heroes, and other assets
• Assist in developing internal and external meeting presentation materials
• Design and maintain brand assets, including printed brochures, online banners, social media ads, product packaging, and brand identity assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms

• A Bachelor's or equivalent Arts Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environment, preferably with a consumer product, creative, or marketing agency
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to accept direction and complete tasks within the quick time frames with moving targets
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a MUST!
• Strong portfolio exhibiting work, diversity in perspective, creative concept, and design skills Creative portfolio required for consideration
• Creativity, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

• Copywriting ability is a plus
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus
• Familiarity with Oracle Net Suite CRM to support sales and marketing workflows is a plus
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT-5, Adobe Firefly, Open Art.ai, Runway ML, Mid Journey) to streamline creative processes, enhance project management, and accelerate asset production is a plus
