We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. You will work closely with event managers and other team members to ensure that each event runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Manage event registration and attendee communication
• Support on-site event operations and setup
• Assist with the preparation of event materials and signage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
