Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support a retail brand with the creative refresh of menu and catering materials for a contract position. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who enjoys shaping visual identity from the ground up and turning broad direction into refined, original concepts. You will partner closely with marketing leadership to develop fresh brand expressions that elevate the customer experience across print-focused restaurant assets.

The engagement is expected to run on an ongoing basis for at least three months.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new visual directions for menu and catering design projects that align with the brand's goals and customer experience.

- Create original graphic assets and layout concepts for menu-related materials, using strong design judgment and storytelling.

- Translate open-ended creative briefs into thoughtful design solutions with minimal oversight.

- Collaborate with marketing leadership and key stakeholders to refine branding ideas and bring campaigns to completion.

- Build and document updated brand standards that can guide the look and feel of future menu materials.

- Produce high-quality design files using Adobe Creative Cloud applications while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.

- Present creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and iterate efficiently to meet project expectations.

- Contribute branding and ideation support for evolving restaurant marketing materials as business needs change. Requirements - Strong, detail-oriented experience in graphic design with a portfolio that demonstrates branding-focused work.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

- Ability to create original visual identities and design systems rather than only applying existing templates.

- Experience developing branded content, brochures, menus, or other customer-facing marketing collateral.

- Confidence working from broad or loosely defined creative briefs and independently driving concepts forward.

- Excellent understanding of brand guidelines, typography, layout, and visual composition.

- Restaurant, hospitality, or menu design experience is preferred.

- Must have access to personal equipment and the required Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Innovation starts with people.®
