Concessions Cashier

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for operating the concessions stand and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the concessions area as a whole. This position is not eligible for remote work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet customers, record sales transactions, and take payments for concessions items
• Perform scheduled cleaning and disinfecting of the work area
• Restock refrigerators and for-sale items, as needed
• Prepare concessions items while following health and safety protocols
• Assist Concessions Manager with inventory tracking, as needed
• Responsible for completion of work orders assigned through management
• Ensures a safe environment for all patrons and employees by following the life safety and emergency program

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service-oriented, preferably with previous customer service experience
• Reliable team player
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands and Working Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee is exposed to an office and recreational gym environment, with noise levels usually moderate.
