- Educate Financial Advisors on account services and capabilities.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks.
- Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Windows navigation skills.
- Experience – 1-2 year minimum in call center environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
