We’re on the lookout for motivated Sales Representatives to join our expanding team! In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to both current and potential customers educating them on new products and services, upselling where appropriate, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs.

--------------POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?
This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers across the country
- Promote and sell products and services based on customer needs
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and protect customer data
- Stay up to date with training and program updates
- Meet attendance and performance expectations

Qualifications
- Must be18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type
20+ words per minute - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
