DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a CSR I Role overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR
1) to join our Team. The CSR 1 will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our agents, policyholders, mortgagees, and others addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues within the service center scope.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
• Assist agents and policyholders with policy information, minimal coverage details, payments, and claim process.
• Assist agents with system navigation. Including but not limited to policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Note policies with detailed and accurate information concerning each interaction.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
