Customer Success Executive Dallas, TX On-site

We're hiring Customer Success Executives to onboard, train, and support dental practices using Cogni Dental AI. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers — ensuring they get maximum value from AI-powered claims, eligibility, and practice intelligence features.

• Own the post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal
• Lead implementation and training sessions for dental office staff, billing teams, and practice managers
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address adoption gaps
• Serve as the voice of the customer — surfacing feedback, feature requests, and pain points to product
• Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, training materials, and help documentation
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot integration issues (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Drive net revenue retention through expansion and upsell opportunities

• 2+ years of customer success, account management, or implementation experience in SaaS
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to both front-desk staff and practice owners
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Empathy-first approach to customer relationships
• Comfort with technical products and willingness to learn dental industry terminology
• Bonus: experience in dental, healthcare, or RCM software
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
