Customer Service Representative

The Customer Support Representative will be based at the Dallas, Texas facility reporting to our Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be required to work on site.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by acting as the primary point of contact for customers. The role ensures customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting business objectives.

• Receive, process and acknowledge customer orders accurately and within specified deadlines
• Proactively collaborate with customers to gain accurate demand forecast and ensure allocated customers the product category specific lead times required to achieve 100% OTIF.
• In conjunction with Supply chain, monitor and report order progress, highlighting any changes to customers orders and manage through OTIF delivery.
• Enter complaints and material return requests onto the appropriate system and expedite to ensure prompt action.
• As required, participate in complain resolution/crisis management team to deal with major complaints.
• Provide supporting data required by Sales for the completion of forms etc.
• Collaborate and assist Sales where viable.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Customer Service related qualifications advantageous
• Familiar with ERP Systems - ideally Microsoft Dynamics however, training can be provided.
• Experience in the use of Customer Service Software, databases, CRM.

• Passion for delivering excellent Customer Service and exceeding expectations
• Ability to work both in a team and individually as necessary
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
