Project Manager

LRK is seeking a Project Manager to join our architecture studio in Dallas, TX, working on a range of projects from small scale commercial to large residential, mixed use, hospitality, and adaptive reuse project types. Responsibilities include managing and producing design through construction documents in Revit, leading a team in conceptual drawings and schematic design, and managing their production work with a high level of technical accuracy.

The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of proven experience in all phases of the design process; possess a comprehensive understanding of building technology and structures; and have outstanding communication and client interaction skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency with Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Professional degree in architecture required. Architectural license and LEED AP preferred.
