Project Architect – Dallas, TX

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their growing Dallas team. The firm is experiencing rapid expansion driven by several high-profile, large-scale developments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to take on meaningful responsibility across all phases of architectural practice.

• Lead project execution from initial concept through construction documentation to ensure design excellence and high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and negotiate contract terms and complete comprehensive contract packages.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Create strategic project plans aligned with client objectives and firm standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, job costs, manpower projections, and overall financial performance.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed code and zoning analyses.
• Use strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to address project issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Direct and support internal and external project team members throughout all project phases.

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5–10 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice, with strong experience in complex commercial, multifamily, and/or industrial/manufacturing projects.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in Sketch Up, Photoshop, or 3ds Max is a plus.
