At Pivot, we help organizations navigate the nuance of people and business. We are a people-centered company that builds off our clients' beliefs and dreams rather than replacing them. We aren't the team that shows up with endless ideas for inspiration and leaves the client to figure it out. We believe our clients are the experts in their own worlds; we bring the data-based frameworks to design and launch the culture-forward initiatives that change how their teams operate.

Whether we are providing executive coaching or designing HR systems, we focus on building structure that creates freedom. We move at the speed of leadership capacity and courage, ensuring our partnerships are as thoughtful as the work we produce together.

How We Do Our Work

At Pivot, we believe how we work matters just as much as what we deliver; thoughtfulness is the through line in each touchpoint and deliverable. We move with intentionality. We stay fluid and curious, attuned to the nuance of every client and context. Our pace isn’t rushed; it’s responsive. And no matter the complexity, we stay grounded in clarity, curiosity, and care.

The

The Client Delivery Lead is the "builder" of Pivot’s solutions. While the CEO designs the high-level framework, you are the person who does the deep work of creating the actual assets—like job descriptions, interview guides, and culture playbooks—that turn the strategy into reality. You are a collaborator who works directly with client points-of-contact to ensure the tools we build are a perfect fit for their unique culture and needs.

  • Translating raw session notes and workshop insights into a structured "Learning Report" or data summary.
  • Collaborating with the Success Lead to ensure content is on track for the client’s presentation date
  • Updating Pivot’s internal "Learning Library" with a new tool or exercise designed for a specific engagement.
  • Develop a launch timeline with the Client Success Lead
  • Troubleshooting a document or workflow to improve how we operate behind the scenes.
