We are seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to support and lead multidisciplinary design teams through all phases of project delivery—from site analysis and conceptual design to construction documentation and administration. This role blends design excellence, project leadership, and client engagement within a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

• Lead and contribute to projects across public and private sectors
• Support and guide teams through conceptual, schematic, and detailed design
• Produce high-quality graphics, presentations, and construction documents
• Conduct construction observations and ensure design intent is met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers across disciplines
• Assist with business development, proposals, and repeat client work
• Ensure quality control, budget adherence, and on‑schedule delivery
• Mentor and oversee staff assigned to your projects

• BLA or BSLA from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
• Licensed Landscape Architect (Project Management experience preferred)
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge or interest in tools such as:
  LandFX, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, Lumion, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite
