• Have professional experience managing design teams and projects across various market sectors within the AEC industry.
• Enjoy focusing on project organization with a full commitment to delivering high‑standard design and services to clients.
• Motivate and engage team members to achieve project performance objectives while building rapport and relationships with clients and consultants.

Our design process is collaborative and interactive. Our projects are diverse and challenging, including lighting for exterior environments, façades, public spaces, retail, corporate, hospitality, academic, and healthcare facilities.

• Generate ideas for quick response and implement innovative and creative solutions to achieve design and business goals from schematic design through construction administration.
• Influence and stimulate team members to collaborate in design and decision-making.
• Delegate effectively to team members, especially routine and repetitive details, ensuring follow‑up and accountability for timely results.
• Coordinate and report project status, labor projection, and monthly billing with principals.
• Participate in business development, including assisting with proposals, add‑on service requests, and maintaining client relationships while promoting the TLP brand through design awards and industry publications.
• Promote initiatives and collaborations to improve team and operational efficiency.
• Travel to client meetings and project site visits.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Full‑time positions include a comprehensive company‑paid benefits package.

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional experience in architectural lighting design or a related field.
• Ability to multi‑task on multiple simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused on outcomes despite changing conditions.
• Poised and persuasive communication style, with action‑oriented and collaborative decision‑making.
• Emphasis on effectiveness of systems that achieve results through and with team members.
• Confidence to drive toward project goals while consistently problem‑solving in a flexible, constantly changing environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Basic experience with Revit/AutoCAD.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
