• Lead and manage studio activities, schedules, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project budgets, oversee quality control, and guide projects through approval processes with government officials.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical proficiency and professional growth.
• Represent the firm in business development efforts, including client presentations and marketing initiatives.

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 12 years of experience in architecture or construction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical competency and familiarity with implementing new technologies and processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction, consultant coordination, and regulatory approvals.
• Deep understanding of professional ethics, including confidentiality, anti-discrimination, and safety standards.
