About the RoleHC Solutions Group is partnering with a well-established architectural firm in Dallas, Texas to identify a Multifamily Project Architect with 7+ years of professional architectural experience. This role is ideal for a licensed architect who enjoys owning projects from design development through construction administration and wants to work within a collaborative, people-first studio environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multifamily projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Oversee production of architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless integration of structural, MEP, and civil systems
- Maintain quality control and ensure projects meet design intent, budget, and schedule requirements
- Mentor and support junior architectural staff as needed
- Licensed or registered Architect (RA) required
- 7+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience delivering multifamily residential projects
- High proficiency in Revit required
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
