** Your Role

** What You Will Do
*** Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
* Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
* Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
* Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions
** Your Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
* 10+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end
* Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication during C.A.
* Revit proficiency is required
* Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, BIM
360, Octane, Sketch Up , Lumion,  Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus
* Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
* Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
* LEED accreditation a plus
