Our needs

We have immediate openings in our Dallas and Houston offices for Senior Level Landscape Architects with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.

  • bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master’s degree preferred but not required)
  • minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
  • experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
  • strong graphic skills, including proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
  • ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
  • comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
  • experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
