As an Interior Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with senior design leaders, contribute to thoughtful interior environments, and build your expertise across all phases of the design process. This role is ideal for emerging professionals who enjoy hands-on design work, want to strengthen your technical skills, and thrive in a collaborative, in-person studio environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of creative conceptual, schematic, and design-development solutions, preparing design studies and presenting ideas to the project team.
- Produce design documentation, including plans, elevations, interior details, furniture layouts, finish plans, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Create visual aids such as finish boards, material palettes, and digital presentations that clearly communicate design intent.
- Support product research, maintain resource libraries, and contribute to the development of interior specifications.
- Participate in project coordination, self-review of deliverables, and occasional marketing efforts and client-facing presentations.
- Professional degree in Interior Design; professional registration preferred but not required.
- Experience in architecture or interior design within a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Revit, graphic design tools, and 3D visualization software.
- Strong foundational understanding of design principles, including form, scale, color, texture, proportion, lighting, and composition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, take direction, and contribute ideas.
- Highly collaborative studio environment with built-in mentorship from senior designers and project leaders.
- Meaningful exposure to all project phases, with opportunities to grow both technically and creatively.
- A culture rooted in design excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Opportunities to participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing initiatives, giving you visibility into the broader business of design.
- Engaged, supportive team atmosphere that values curiosity, initiative, and craftsmanship.
