At Datum Engineers, we believe great structural design starts with great people. We're looking for an experienced Advanced Structural BIM Technician who thrives in Revit, enjoys solving complex modeling challenges, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality construction documents.
This is more than a production role. You'll be a key contributor to project delivery, helping coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, improve BIM processes, and mentor fellow technicians while supporting projects that serve healthcare, higher education, K-12, municipal, cultural, and commercial clients.

What You'll Do- Developing and managing detailed Revit models and construction documents
- Producing accurate structural drawings and project deliverables
- Incorporating redline markups, standard details, and general notes into project documents
- Leading BIM modeling efforts and supporting project teams throughout the design process
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Performing quality assurance and quality control reviews
