Assist the Architectural Managing Principal with daily operations, such as project oversight, management reviews, quality control, financials and mentoring.

Assist with strategic planning, execution, growth and recruiting.

Work directly with business development staff on project planning, financial information, staffing requirements, and other related matters.

Work cooperatively with office leadership including design and market principals.

Serve as a project manager on projects in addition to management responsibilities.

Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications Architectural registration and extensive related technical management experience.

Good leadership and organizational skills.

Service and client-related personality.

Experience in development and management of diverse teams preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of Architectural experience
