Product Designer, Trust & Safety

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer, Trust & Safety to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape trust and safety experiences across a large-scale consumer social platform, with a strong focus on youth safety, platform integrity, and clear communication. You will translate complex policy and regulatory requirements into human-centered product experiences that are intuitive, empathetic, and easy to use. The position sits at the intersection of design, product, policy, engineering, and legal, with influence at senior leadership levels.

Location:

Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annually

• Lead the design vision for trust and safety experiences at a strategic portfolio level
• Create end-to-end product experiences focused on youth safety and platform integrity
• Transform complex regulatory requirements into user-friendly, human-centered designs
• Align cross-functionally with Design, Product, Policy, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for content-informed product design
• Navigate ambiguity and competing constraints to deliver trustworthy user experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of product design experience
• Experience leading end-to-end design in large-scale, complex application environments
• Strong background in content design evolving into holistic product design
• Mobile-first, consumer-social product design experience at scale
• Principal- or staff-level leadership experience with mentoring capabilities
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in cross-functional design environments
