• Operate your private optometry office to provide high‑quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Collaborate with the adjacent Luxottica optical dispensary while retaining full professional autonomy.
• Determine and administer your own fee schedule and retain associated patient revenues for professional services.
• Maintain patient records, scheduled appointments, and recall systems using the provided online tools.

• Practice model – Complete professional autonomy, no company imposed restrictions, interference or quotas; scope of practice limited only by your professional direction.
• Schedule – Flexible practice arrangements and schedules including part‑time commitments; options to add to an existing practice schedule.
• Equipment – A furnished office and well‑equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement; on‑line appointment book; automated on‑line appointment book and patient recall system.
• Initial investment – Minimal financial risk or obligations for easy entry into your own practice.
• On‑boarding – Everything you need from your first exam, including brand‑supplied on‑boarding support.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
