What is the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)?

Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): is an incentive program that typically vests over a three-year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Awards are discretionary and based on your position, performance, and potential for future career growth at Texas Oncology. Awards are reviewed and approved during the annual compensation review. LTIP awards are subject to your continued employment through the award payment date, and are governed by the written terms and conditions of the LTIP document.

What does the Incentive Analyst do? (but not limited to)

The Incentive Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and retention strategies, focusing on Texas Oncology’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) design and administration, and capital investments. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, knowledge of incentive programs, and strategic foresight to optimize capital investment processes and enhance financial outcomes. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial modeling, preferably including experience with incentive programs and capital investment processes.
  • Proven track record in conducting detailed financial analyses and creating accurate forecasts and pro forma models.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

CRITICAL

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in strategic planning and performance assessment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Microsoft Excel expertise.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
